The objective of Art Week Galveston is to create greater awareness of and promote Galveston’s vast and diverse art culture.
Vision Statement
Art Week Galveston is designed to create opportunities for working artists to reach a broader market and gain additional exposure. In recent decades, Galveston has cultivated a rich environment conducive to attracting diverse artistic talent. The week long event will feature visual art exhibits, gallery openings, literary presentations, culinary events, musical performances, fashion shows, and downtown discovery tours.
Art Drop Galveston is a fun and free art exchange opportunity promoted by ARTS Downtown GTX and Galveston Island Park board.
Perspective Intérieure Art Contest Kick Off art contest, focusing on indoor perspectives, akin to a plein air contest but set inside, Up to $2000 in Cash Prizes
You are invited to Sunny Days Starry Nights, a Fashion Show for a cause, featuring styles from local boutiques! Located at the Davidson Ballroom at the Tremont House.
